* Please be advised that broadband service speeds are dependant on a number of factors such as the quality and length of your analogue phone line, the "up to 20Mbps" Plus services can only be deployed to customers whose BT phone exchange is capable of providing adsl2+ services.

** If your local phone exchange is adsl2+ enabled then you can expect to see upload speeds of up to 1Mbit/s. If your local phone exchange is NOT adsl2+ enabled then you can expect to see upload speeds of up to 448Kbps on our Broadband service and 832Kbps on our Business Broadband service.
