IFB understands that for some business customers, their Broadband is business critical. Enhanced Care provides support designed to get you up and running as quickly as possible in the event of an upstream network problem.
IFB currently resolves the vast majority of Broadband faults within 1 working hour, however where a fault exists within the Broadband local network and requires an engineer to visit, Enhanced Care will ensure prioritisation and aim to fix within 24 hours.
Elevated Service - comes with all IFB Business Broadband Services
IFB understands that as a business user you want to be as sure as you can of the performance of your Broadband services. Our Elevated Service gives preferential weighting to Business Broadband and Business BroadbandPlus clients at time of higher congestion across the Broadband network, normally at busy times of the day and normally between 11am and 2pm Monday - Friday.
We endeavour to provide throughputs of at least 3Mbit/s for 90% of the time over the busiest 3-hour period of the day.
