We achieve the highest levels of service by working with select partners.

We work with Dell for computing and storage hardware provisioning and support, but also increasingly - and more excitingly - with their professional services teams.

These highly experienced teams assist us closely through the design and implementation stages of new projects, both for ourselves and our clients. This includes the technical design and operation of our new data centre, and the virtualised dedicated computer platforms we are using, now and into the future.

This project work also involves the technical and funding expertise that Dell can deliver time and time again.
IFB are a certified member of the CommVault Managed Service Provider programme and are also a Commvault Gold Partner. We deploy CommVault's Simpana software across our own hosted and managed Backup and Recovery network.

This means that, as part of IFB Managed Services, we can deliver dramatic operational efficiencies and unsurpassed recovery management, plus massively reduce the resources you need to backup your data.
Cisco technologies have always been at the core of IFB's networks, both for ourselves and also for the services we provide our customers. Our engineers constantly work on a range of Cisco technologies and platforms: we understand how to design, build and support the most complex of network requirements.

As a Cisco Select Certified partner, we have achieved Cisco SMB Specialization. This focuses on small and medium-sized business customers with fewer than 250 employees. Select Certification reflects our technology and business expertise specific to the SMB market.
When we decided to upgrade our disc based backup and attached tape library systems, we chose Quantum's DXi and Scalar platforms. The high levels of functionality, reliability, scalability and flexibility have continued to impress us, as we load more data and connect more clients on our Quantum platforms.
The London Internet Exchange (LINX) is one of the world's largest Internet Exchange Points (IXPs). It has achieved this position by building and maintaining a global reputation for quality, performance and technical excellence.

Our LINX membership allows us to directly peer with some of the world's largest network operators and content providers. This offers our customers real benefits, such as high speed data transfers, improved routing and world class resilience and performance.
